Airtel ignore to change voice Plan after sent a plan change conformation mail

Dear Sir,

I would like to show you the details about Airtel miscommunication. I logged a request in Airetl Customercare and the request ID is 6356062 for my land line number 0124-4276152 and Account No. 16602300.

The customercare executive Mr. Vikrant took the request to changed the voice plan from 699 to 349.

After that I got a mail from 121@airtel.in is mentioned below:

After that Airtel people told me that they could not change the plan. Because they have not plan of Rs. 349.

How can it possible that they had not the plan of Rs. 349.
