Poor Connectivity of Airtel

Dear Sir

This is to inform that I am a student of NIT (National Institute of Technology) Kurukshetra, and currently reside there in the hostels. Here the connectivity of Airtel is poor. We cant connect to other Airtel users as well as the other telecom services too. Neither can we receive calls from either.

We have a persistent problem here because of which students (including myself) have to shift to other telecom serivices to ensure continuous connectivity. As Airtel lives up to it reputation, we would still like the company to look into the matter, maybe built an Airtel Tower nearby so that it doesnt loses its customers. Also Kurukshetra is a hub of colleges and hence there are so many customers here.
