Heavy charge in wrong way by BHARTI AIRTEL

AIRTEL charged me 15 Rs for ISD calls instead of 10 Rs. 10 Rs is it's rate given on website and even customer care executive also tell 10 Rs for calling to 00250-7285xxxxx. and these days customer cares giving wrong information to postpaid customers they know that once postpaid customer will use the service then they must have to pay the bill maybe due to which they have trained there customer care executive to provide wrong and less information about tariff so they think that the value added services are very good. i get problem like this from airtel i called to ask about GPRS pack then the customer care executive described me about the pack as per the prepaid customer even my call gone to postpaid division but executive not told me the right information due to which after a month when my bill generated there is 1300 Rs added in my bill so it's also abvious that i have to pay this bill but i already registered complaints about some issues like GPRS, ISD rates and some other services which they start automatically without coming in knowledge of customer. so i need help in this and after all this the nodal office is saying your charges are right you have to pay the bill. i want to ask why i need to pay bill i want my problems get resolved first only then i will pay the bill.
