Unable to connect in 3G mode

Sir, my airtel no is 919957967379. I have an nokia 500. i am unable to connect in 3G mode, in 2G mode it connect, but in 3g mode it didi not connect. ihave already complain in airtel customer care but they did not help me. i have also checked other carrier like reliance, bsnl, aircel, all these easily connect in 3G mode, but only airtel 3G did not connect. so, please help me.
