The service providers have added to my bill dated 1/3 a sum of Rs.799/- taxes for an item termed as smartbytes charges. I do not know the background of this charge nor was I informed of this earlier. Please advise the company to inform me the nature of the charge and whether this charge is applicable to all consumers.
