Excess Bill

Dear SirMadam,

I am surprised and shocked to see a excess bill for my Airtel phone number - 09974037619.

I have been charged huge amount towards my internet usage which is around Rs. 30, 000 in a month which sounds unrealistic. I have been given a discount of around Rs 20, 000 on the same which also sounds too unrealistic.

I visited the Alkapuri Airtel outlet and they said that the amount chagerd are correct, when asked for a detailed bill on my internet usage i have been refused and stated it is not possible to provide justification for usage of Internet and have been asked to pay the amount which i refuse without any proper justification from your end.

I need to understand how a person can use internet worth Rs 30, 000 from a cell phone in a month.

Today suddenly i again get a message that my outstanding amount is Rs 27, 000 which is again a heart attack to me.

Kindly provide a immediate solution on this.
