Regarding Bill

I bought a postpaid mobile sim no. 9501188776. after payment of first month bill. they post me bill of Rs. 13000 aprox. which is around 4500 aprox. after some kind of discount.

Whereas my credit limit for the month is Rs. 800 only. they did not disconnect my services after crossing my credit limit.. and dont even gave me any type of information. now they are using my call details and ruining my social image in my relatives, company, and friends.

I want to file a Harassment complain against them.
