Waiver of late pymnt charges

During the month of march i have charged rs 50 for late pymt of my airtel bill. As i was out of state & could not paid on time. After that i called their Cust. Care many times regarding the waiver of rs 50 & every time their executive commited me for önline waiver within 4 hrs. But still 2 months hv passed & i hv not got any waiver msg from airtel.

Kindly resolve the issue & waive me.
