Bharti Airtel
Connection not disconnected

I was using Airtel no. 9810661228 and due to wrong charges by Airtel I decided to disconnect connection but even after writing so many mails Airtel is not disconnecting the same.

I have written mails 10 times to Airtel regarding same.

I request please disconnect the connection and close the matter.
