Interruption on Mobile Service

It is submitted that I have purchased an Airtel Sim (Mobile No. 9915455037) during the year 2008 and submitted required document for the subject Sim. Within one year, Airtel co. many time, on telephonically, asked my name/place for verification. After one year, without informing prior or giving any message to me, my above connection disbanded by saying that I have not submitted my documents and I have to submit the same. I could not understand if I had not submitted such documents then, from where Airtel Co. was verifying my authenticity. However, I visited Airtel relationship shop (Saak communication, Chandigarh) and submit my documents on 22/10. They have obtained my documents in two form while only one form is required as per instruction of Govt.of India. After 48 hrs my above Airtel Sim was started. Airtel services on my above sim again discontinued 30/10 without prior information or giving any message. Again the same message I have received that I have not submitted my documents. After a protracted communication with Airtel Nodal officer Punjab and Saak Communication, Chg, the above connection was started on 12/11. I asked customer care to checked if my documents are correctly submitted to Airtel Co.or otherwise. After few minute he informed that he has thoroughly checked and found that all my documents have correctly reached there. I asked if any other documents required by them because I would not want any interrupt service on my above Airtel No. He informed that no other documents required. Again on 07/12, service on my above Sim (Mobile No. 9915455037) was disbanded by above co. and whenever I try to phone I received the same message on my phone that I have not submitted required document. I am a Govt. servant and submitted document certified by my Deptt. I could not understood what kind of Airtel Co. required for just prepaid simple connection.

Please do the needful for providing uninterrupted service on my above sim. (Mobile No. 9915455037) and it may also be confirmed that documents submitted by are correctly available with Bharti Airtel co.
