Delay in services

Dear Sir/Mam,

I recharged my airtel number (09571402474) with Rs.395 for using internet service but I couldn't get the mobile office settings for three days

I called in service centre, they transfered my call to internet technician dept. but they neither talked to me nor they called again... I tried again and again but they barred my call and I had to suffer a big loss due to no internet connection.

I wasted lot of time, went 2 times to airtel office, n then the next day I got the settings.

my 4 days of internet service has been wasted.

kindly take necessary and appropriate action.
