I am a regular subscriber of Bharti Airtel Mobile Service Provider and my Mobile no. is 9748661414. Since last month i.e, February'10, I have been facing some unpleasant exercise from the said service provider and till date they keep sending SMS on regular interval in relation to Valentines' days. Not only that, they are charging for the same. Though I have taken the matter with the so-called service provider and made a lot of exercise to stop the flow of sms but all in vain. They have neither deactivated the same nor did they give me any assurance to stop the exercise. But almost every occasion when I make any recharge immediately they are deducting my balance on account of that. Kindly notice that being a tiny customer, it has been very troublesome to me to bear extra burden. I am in the deep sea hardly understand what should I do. You would be kind enough if you take the matter seriously with them & have a benefit to me to keep the service alive.
