MOBILE OUT OF SERVICE

Hi,

I am Vipul Tripathi having mobile post paid no.9878454169 since 2.5 years is made out of service without any prior information 2 months ago.

Also i have not recieved any bill details neither through hard copy nor through e-mail of any month in these 2.5 years. Even i had launched request for details in the franchisee office at Ropar, College Road.

I am getting shocked to recieve a recovery amount letter dt. 6th Apr on 02.05.10.

I am still waiting for details for this huge amount without being using connection from past two months.

Please help on this matter & take some strong action for not repeating again these types of sufferings to anyboy else.
