Wrong deduction of balance in prepaid mobile

On 23/05 Rs.82 was wrong deducted as usage of internet whenever gprs pack has already activate on my no.8826286030 as on 22/05 and its confirmation already sent to me . after inquired nobody give response from airtel. Rs. 6 has already been to make call to nodal officer and customer care regarding enquiry about this . if there is any cunsumer forum pl help me.
