Money being deducted apart from call charges

Dear Sir,
I am having an Airtel Prepaid mobile connection my Phone No. is 7602424582. It is being observed that last 08 months onwards money has been deducted from the balance apart from call charges which is not acceptable. I have not activated any value added services. Sometimes the balance reaches to minus. I want from you to get me back my hard earned money which you have deducted other than call charges
