Using abusing words by Airtel Customer Care Executive

This is regarding the Call received today morning to my Airtel no. 9935366969 form customer care of airtel for some survey.

Details are as below:

Call Received from No. : 9559100721

Calling Person Name: Manish Tiwari

Call Received Date/Time: 19/03 at 8:10AM IST

This person call in morning, my wife picked this call and this person said he

is calling form Airtel Customer Care and airtel is doing some survey, my wife

said this is morning time please call later.

Then this person talks very badly and says Why you can not give answer & them in Hindi ("Tujhe Pata hai mai tera number band

kara sakta hu") & then he use very abusing language and cut the phone.

Is this is the way Airtel Customer Care talks to their customer?
