Balance deduction without information

Hi,

I am a customer of Bharti Airtel Limited, using there cellular mobile services. Yesterday 15the July at 1:21 PM, I got a call from 911400450230 (a voice record tape from Bharti Airtel Limited) about Hello tune. I took a call n listen it for a while. Then I cutoff the call. But after few second I realized my balance has been deducted by apprx. 50 rupees. I have never given any request for Hello Tunes. I have also called 198 (Toll free helpline for Airtel customer) for formal complaint registration but theey did not respond me well. So please help me to resolve theis issue.
