False promises/Not able to provide service

Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to complain about the horrible service that I have received from Bharti Airtel India Ltd. I use a number (9987072790) which is registered under my mother's name. I had called up the customer care of Bharti Airtel on 28th March as i was not able to send or receive any MMS (Multimedia Message). While speaking with the representative from the customer care department they informed me that I am not able to send or receive any MMS as ithe service is not acitivated on my number & that it needs to be activated. The representative told me that he will put a request for the activation & in 4 hours i will get an SMS with the settings. I did not receive the settings even after 5 hours hence I called up the customer care number (121) once again This time I learnt that Bharti Airtel is charging all calls made to 121 at a rate of 50 paise per 3 minutes which again is illegal as there should be no charge for calls made to customer care department. When i informed the representative about my call he said that the service is still not activated on my account & that he will activate the service & send me the settings through SMS. The same night i received an SMS with some settinsgs & i followed the instructions given by the representative to save the settings. Now when i tried to send the MMS i found that the MMS stays in the OUTBOX of my cell phone & then i receive an error message saying that "Message sending failed". When I called up the customer care dept the represetative said that he will forward me the settings once again & I should save the settings. As history repeats itself I started facing the same issue & ever since I have been calling the customer care trying to get the issue resolve & the answer that I get is that "Sir this is a technical problem.we have forwarded your case to the technical team & they will work on priority basis to resolve the issue. " When I ask them to get me connected to the technical team they inform me that there is no such option available. I asked them to arrange a callback for mme from a senior technical member but they replied that such option is not available. I have spoken with different people from the Escalation team like Kishor, Pooja, Zuber, Pooja, Vinod & the list goes on but the issue is still not resolved. All that these people do is just show sympathy & empathy & tell me that they are working on my issue & that they will fix my problem. On 30th when i was talking with an office named Zuber he had informed me that if the call gets disconnected I can call back & ask for zuber & the call will be transferred to him directly. The call got disconnected & when I called back & asked for Zuber I was informed that he is not there & I neber was able to talk with Zuber. Everytime i call the customer care I have to repeat all the details right from the first call. I am totally upset with the service & I HIGHLY REGRET having taken up the airtel service & that I want a reimbursement from the company for not fulfilli ngthe promises that they gave me & also for the hours that I spent on the phone trying to get a simple MMS service activated on my cell phone. Moreover i also think that this is a being done to me purposely as I am MAHARASHTRAIN .I strongly condemn this & i want legal action to be taken against the company.
