Complaint regarding do not disturb service provided by Bharti Airtel Ltd

I have registered my number 9810774883 for DND service but i am yet receiving many SMS`s and tele marketing calls even in night. This time i received 1 message from TM-GuDPrice regarding investment in spire edge IT project Manesar and Directed to SMS to 54999 at 23:22:50 on today (11th feb`10). you are kindly requested to take necessary action so that i can sleep undisturbed. I had complained to the service provider many times but the no. of such SMS and calls are increasing day by day.
