Out going call barred

I (Prem Rattan Ahuja Chief Manager) have been posted at Oriental Bank of Commerce Gomti nagar Lucknow as Branch Incumbent from Bathinda w.e.f. 11.01. I took post paid connection. I gave PAN, Copy of Passport, Account statment of Bank account and Employer Identity Card. But my call was barred after 7 day due to negtive report of address verification (Which is of my colleage where I stayed. After some days I got my accomodation and applied for change of address. Instead of changing the address my out going call has been barred. I have already given my new Number to my clients (09935545008). My new address is 3/228 Vikas Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow (proof of same has been already submitted to dealer. I also tried to contact Mauri 9935099012 but she did nothing to help. So get it verified and my connection be reactivated.

More Over I am existing customer of Airtel and using Two Numbers for the last 5 years these are 9876425006 and 9876425008.
