I lost my phone. I asked the Reliance customer care to block the out going calls. I have given my passport as proof. I have read out the address present on my passport but the customer care personal said the address is not getting matched with what i have given. I asked them to verify through any alternate means like Date of birth, surname, father name, etc. They denied and did not block the out going facility. Iam worried if the phone is misused.
