Unnecessary activation of other services

I am using Airtel No 8800361335 in March. time by tine they start a Paid service on my Number. they also deduct the amount from my Balance. I have complain several time to the Customer Care Executive. But there is no satisfactory reply comes from their side. Yesterday they have started Airtel Friendz chat and deduct Rs. 30 from my Account. Today they have started Airtel Picture Post romance Service.
