Egarding disconnecting the new mobile connection

Subject: Complaint regarding disconnecting the new mobile connection from Bharti Airtel.
Sir/Madam,
I, Rameshwar Birthal, am working as Project Officer, Addl. Deputy Commissioner Office, Gurgaon, which is office of the District Administration. I have taken two SIM cards on 24 December from M/s Dev Communication, Rly. Road Gurgaon of AIRTEL co. with No. 9560753806 and 9560753807. Both were started after tree to five days. Both the connections were recharged with an amount of Rs. 450.00. For both the SIMs I have submitted the same ID.One of my Mobile no. is working while one of the connection with no. 9560753807 was disconnected on 5.1.2011. when contacted to Dev Communication, he advised me to contact M/s Dayanand enterprises, Airtel relationship centre at Rly Road gurgaon. I contacted but not attended properly. Than I contacted Zonal office to Mr. Ritu Raj, he attended me properly and advised me to submit to the dealer M/s Dev Communication, the ID along with Form a fresh. On this I sumit the complete form with required proof to M/s Dev Communication on 16.01. but the SIM has not been activated till today.

So first of all I would like to request to activate the SIM with mobile no. 9560753807. I would also request to take necessary action against the concerned for harassing me, the action taken may be conveyed to me.
However if connection is not activated within three days than there is no alternative for me other than to move to the Cconsumer & Redressal Forum.
