Unauthorized deduction of Rs.30/- every month

Despite filing complaints, Bharti Airtel Ltd. is deducting Rs.30/- from my pre-paid account (9958878418) balance. I have not subscribed for any VAS, while calling customer care customer care executive told me that the Airtel Live service gets activated automatically and if customer doesn't unsubscribe it automatically it remains active. I requested him to unsubscribe all VAS wrt my account and he had made sure that he unsubscribed all VASs, still Rs.30/- got deducted from my pre-paid account. This is highly unacceptable and sheer loot.
