Activation of unwanted services without instuction

Hi I am Pravin,

I am using Airtel mobile service. My mobile no is 9970462659. As per the subject mentioned I am facing problem regarding activation of unwanted services like Gardening Tips, Mobile Radio without my request for activation. For these services Airtel is charging me unnecessarily. For such problems I did called to there Call center but they always say that we can not do anything for that and we can not refund your balance.

In Telecom regulatory act there is written that TSP can not activate any service and charge for that service without the permission of customer.

Kindly do needful for me.
