Malpractice by Bharti-Airtel

Sales man from the company sold me one 3G connection bearing No.7738099799 and collected deposit of Rs. 300. I was told that the number would be activated within 2 days. After 2 days I got call from the company that this number can not be activated due to virus problem. every alternate day I am getting call from the company that the number can not be activated for some technical reason. They are offering me some other number wchich is not accepeable to me. Noe I came to me that the said connection is given to some other person. I wants to file the case before the consumer court for such malpractice addopted by the company.
