Dear sir/Madam,
Sub: Unsubscribe/ deactivate mms in Mobile No: 9840160895.
I have not activated any MMS service in my mobile. But I am receiving
sms message and deductiong 2 Rs from my mobile account. I want to deactivate the same
immediately. In this regard, I had sent e-mails to the customer care of
Bharti Airtel Ltd @airtelpresence@in.airtel.com
on 3.09.11 &04.09.11 .But no result. Still they are sending MMS & deducting the Rs.2 per MMS,
PL TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO DEACTIVATE THE MMS IN 9840160895,
Matter very very urgent.
