Charges agaist unrequested services

Dear Sir,

My no. is 9810244335. I am using this no. from more than 5 years.

I have a complaint against the charges for GPRS services activated without my consent. (About INR 2392). I can not pay for the services not requested by me.

These services were activated on my no. without my permission/request.

I had tried to get it remitted through customer care but results are not positive. I had cleared your all the customer care executives about the issue and I will not not pay for the services not requested by me

And now my outgoing services has been put on hold.

I will request you to kindly take a note of this, Bharti Airtel Ltd shall be held responsible for any sort of tengiable or intengible loss occured due to non availibility of out going facility.
