No Service on Two Sim cards

Myself Nidhi Mohan purchased two sim cards of Airtel from Deepak communication, sarita vihar (CONTANCT NOS 9971138005)

THE SIM NOS ARE 9910610595 & 9910611594

I submitted all required details and documents to this Distributor, Deepak Communications.

The Sim worked for 5 days and now there are no incoming facility (Says not reachable for callers) and there are only conditional call out goings that too rarely.

I request the Forum to take action against the Company and direct them for proper services of the SIM.
