Poor response and no proper action

I am in DND from 2008 still receiving unwanted promotional SMS & pathetice response from airtel customercare / Nodal / Appelate team. No response from senior management (especially from appelate head and Banglore call center head) even after repeated attempts to reach them via email id and contact numbers provided. False statement stating they are trying me and no response from my end, however no calls received from them as stated in the email. Even yesterday received an promotional SMS. More than the SMS the reponse from airtel is very bad.
