Cancellation of sim

My postpaid no. is 9779461604.I want to get it cancelled. This belongs to Pathankot and I am at Delhi. I am being told that I need to go to the same place at pathankot to get the sim cancelled which is not possible for me in any case..Therefore I am submitting an appeal to cancell the sim online.

I would appreciate a call back from the telecom deptt.
