Unknown deduction

Dear sirs,

i m santosh vishwakarma my airtel mobile no is 9302911128 i m very upset for my unknown balance deductiom from airtel prepaid mobile services.2 or 3 hour after recharging my balance will go to nill.one time we found new masage from ay-9200 and deduct 5 rs every day msg say naya saal nai car and every day 5 rs deduct from my account and date november 21 to we recharge my mobile and after some time deduct my balance.we complent to customer care but not proper solution.please sir i want proper solution and coumpansason... and mony back.
