EPF claims Pending

DearSir/Madam,

My name is K.P. Saravanan and my PF Number is HR/GGN/10693/015735.

I applied for PF withdrawal from my previous company (Bharti Airtel Services Ltd.) I was sent the privies company form10C and 19 for the month of April. I kept waiting patiently but there was no reply from anyone.

. I approached BASL with my complaint in July 09 and they said that they have recd the request and it would be done in 60 days time.

I contacted BASL again in Oct 09 and they said that they have done their part and application is pending in EPF office Gurgaon.

It is really disappointing the way this whole process works and we have to wait for years, to get our own money. Some strict action needs to be taken against this.
