Alance deduction

99 20 Rs and approx. 100rs. before has

been deducted from my mobile balance (mobile: no 9602766001) on

24-DEC and 31-dec, the service which i never has requested.

I called on 24th Dec., and 31st dec.2010 on 198, they told be they

will revert it in 4hrs. After that I tried to call to 198 and it was

not working for my number. I have made several call still no solution.

This issue had happened earlier also they had reverted the amount five

or more time before
