BSNL Landline line not working and Regularly Charged bill from last Six month

Sub: Tel# 2646243 and 2646284 Not Working since last Six Month

Ref: Complaint No. - 44593 dated 29/11

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject your notice regarding non payment of monthly due bills, we would like to draw your attention that we had paid all the bills regularly even though Telephone Lines are not working from last 6 months, written complaint has been already made to the authority vide our letter dated 18/06, 23/04, 19/04, 17/02 and 29/12 subsequently followed with Local office (Copies attached), still both lines are not working, even though with respect to you’re your notice dated 20th July we are hereby attached Chq#7220 dated 27/09 of Rs. 7626/- and Chq#7221 dated 27/09 of Rs. 616/- towards the outstanding dues in respect of Tele No. - 2646243 & 2646284.

In spite of complaint and follow-up nobody have attended and problem remains unsolved, you needs to refund us amount paid by us for the period of non usage of Telephone lines due to fault from the date of first complaint
