Ours is a Public Sector Company (Steel Authority of India Limited) One Boss seceratry set was purchased with a intention to buy three more from your authorised dealer M/s Annad Watch & Electronics, Ramgarh cantt (Jharkhand) wide cash Memo No. 2722 dated 25.11.2010. Phone developed defect in the month of Feb. Dealer was requested to repair the phone on site. He send his service personnal in Mar. Failed to repair the phone he asked us to send the set to his shop. The set was sent to him on 2.04.2011. From then on we are vehemently chasing the party but in vain. Kindly take up the matter urgently.. Since Then I have lodged complaints to Beetel tech Company but they have just send me the call centre No which is not responding
