Deducting the money without consent

Hi,

My name is Someshwar having a Reliance GSM connection with the number 7676595620 in the state of Karnataka.

From the past few months they are deducting a balances randomly each time Rs30.

From 1st March to 12-Mar they have deducted almost Rs.120 from balance. Each time deducting a Rs.30.

It was happening consistently (deduction of Rs30) in the previous months also.

When I called to the customer care they are not responding properly.

They are saying that I downloaded a Java game but in real I didn't downloaded any Java game.

Each day I make a call they are saying balance would be credited in a day. Still the balance which was debited wrongly is not credited to my account.

Customer Care people is accepting the fact that deductions are happening wrongly but they are not in a position to take a complaint for the previous calender months.

Could you please suggest what should be done?
