Regarding termination of Landline connection

Dear Sir

I have a Reliance landline Telephone connections with the number 0761-3203679 at Jabalpur that i want to terminate, but instead of doing that, they are charging unreasonable amount of money to be paid for termination. My phone is being lying dead since last 2 months and instead of repairing or terminating it, they are sending me bills and forcing me to pay the amount for the calls i have never made.

Please takke necessary action against them.
