Respected sir,

i m the propriter of bhavana enterprises and this is registered with justdial pune. i have a contract signed with them called Platinium and diamond plan for which per month justdial charges me 4309/- rs while signing the contract i have given them cheque of kotak mahindra bank and the ECS is hitting my SBI account where sbi is charging me 100/- as a bounse charges. this is happening for last 4 months, same last 4 months i go to justdial office they say its technical issue don't worry sir next month ecs it will hit in your kotak mahindra a/c.for this reason my name has been in cibl and i have became a defaulter in bank. Mr Abhay Paste regional manager of justdial has given me xerox of his incomplete documents for passport i have visited his office many times he was not available we were in touch over phone. 23/02 he called and ask me that you can't do the passport work then please return my documents so i said ok fine will do that but unforunately i was not well and couldn't send any body to deliver his documents so he msg me that i will freeze you account in just dial as a customer i will call and lodge a complaint on your contract and will freeze it. he has done that i spoke to him y did you freeze so he is like return my documents n then i will see that i have to release it or no so i said fine i wanna quite from your justdial i want compansesion for the ECS hitting in SBI a/c and what ever balance money is there with justdial return me so he said u will get nothing..

this is my request that kindly help me to get my money from justdial and a clearance certificate which i can show to my bank manager of SBI.
