Unable to make calls

I registered under Mrs. Anna Maria Dsouza, am having trouble with this service. I am not able to dial any phone no., not even the customer service. I have tried putting my phone off and restarting it but it doesn't work. I was received a call from the reliance office earlier before finding out that i am unable to make calls.
