Horrible customer service

I purchase my reliance prepaid mobile connection which number is 09313409070 from Noida on 20/03 and after a week it has been disconnected saying that the ID proofs which I submitted where not clear in Xerox copies. I personally went three times and had submitted the ID proofs Xerox copies but my phone has not been started till now. It is more than two months now and mobile is like a child toy to me.

Very Bad Customer Service. Horrible. Didn't even bother to inform the customer why the mobile is not connected yet. I don't know what to do each day I make 3-4 calls and waste my money and no response is there from the customer care.
