Pathetic service!

We bought a Voice and data card at Rs.4199 from Reliance Webworld 3 months back which refuses to get activated. We were made to visit R-Web world 6 times in 4 days and despite repeated assurances that the card is activated the card simply does not function. The Area Sales Manager Mr.pande when contacted says that since the card has been taken in personal name they cant help and one has to go to web world! We have alrweady been there 6 times in 4 days and dont want to meet the same bunch of idiots again.we are at our wits end!

Never buy R Infocom products if you take my advice.

I recommend the company also changes its name from Relinace Infocom to Reliance InferiorCom.
