Dear Concern,

Last afternnon a CCE from Vodafone make a call me regarding the new postpaid connection

I was agreed to buy the new postpaid connection with the condition that they provide me the number as i want (last 6 digit should be 888405)

Later on i have a call from BIGTEL IT SOLUTION PVT LTD (B-103), Okkhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi, i ask the same question again if you can provide the number which last 6 digits is 888405, then you can send your executive to collect the documents, they reply i will provide you the number as 9873888405, then i said ok, i am waiting for your executive

The executive come and collect my documents, later on in the evening i have a call from vodafone and they said your postpaid number is 9873708990

I was shocked how is it possible that one say one thing and other say another thing

Now, since morning i have make more 100 calls to "BIGTEL IT SOLUTION PVT LTD" number but no one is receiving the phone.

How can anyone trust on Vodafone plan and policy, if such type of mis happening going on.

I have already paid 250/- to the BIGTEL IT SOLUTION PVT LTD

Now, i just want that the amount which i paid for the new connection should be return, nothing else

I have a receipt from BIGTEL IT SOLUTION PVT LTD
