I am not satisfied with big tv

Unfortunately I am customer big tv. big tv performance is being totally reduclues and if I discuss about customer care

its gave nothing except harassment, my plan having start cricket, aaj tak sab tv but there is nothing I have talked to cc lot of times, first connecting the call to cc is itself like fighting in battle

they wasted almost mine 150 rs on phone and lot of time, but they are not able to resolve my problem

"i have recharged extra of 100 rs for star cricket but all in vain"

then i contact to local dealers, sales executives and others every time they gave me new no of contact

I am feeling lot of stress, and wasting lot of crucial time

Sir, I send a mail to them, after 1 month got a mail assuring that everything would be okay. Still I am waiting for that Okay
