Reliance Post Paid Connection
Wrongly changed to postpaid from prepaid

Sir/Madam

This is to complain about an almost cheating case from a lady from reliance world at Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Her name is Sweta Kumari, ph no is 08603229066. I was using a prepaid cdma reliance connection for almost two years. My plan was Rs 599 for one month by which I used to get all India R to R free along with daily 30 minutes std/local other network free. I was quite satisfied with it.

One day Sweta Kumari telephoned me and told me that prepaid plan was going to be abolished and I might get the same facility from post paid plan of rs 599. I agreed. She sent an agent to collect security money of Rs 350 (though actually she deposited Rs 250) along with photo and address proof document. Interestingly for two weeks my plan was not converted to post paid. When I enquired she replied that her commitment was wrong and post paid 599 did not exist. So I requested her not to shift to any post paid plan and return my money. Then I recharged my existing pre paid plan with Rs 599 on 22.3.2012. I was requesting her to return my money. On 28.3.2012 she contacted me and pressurised me for post paid plan of Rs 440, I categorically refused and told her not to do that as I had already recharged pre paid with Rs 599. But unfortunately she activated my post paid (undesired) plan which is not serving my purpose.

So please look into this matter and take proper action

.I am also requesting you to convert my plan to pre paid scheme as early as possible.
