Service disconnection

I have submitted my document on 10/3 in reliance webworld in Pariharchowk of Pune for verification and there was no reply from the office I resubmitted the documents in khadki webworld on 10/4. On 20/4 my line was disconnected this is horrible service i could see. Who ever is responsible will not be forgiven.
