PROMOTIONAL CALL FOR MY DND REGISTERED NUMBER WITH IDEA CELLULAR

I have been registered for DND with Idea Cellular since more than 3-4 months now and received calls from Birla Sun Life Insurance from no. 911149164900 twice on 22/10 at 6p.m. I received call on my Idea cell no. 9766222530. It is with deep regret to inform this as I have to leave all my work that time and answer the call. I wish to take a serious action against the above mentioned no. 911149164900. Kindly help me in the procedure of getting them fined for the same.
