Reliance prepaid mobile service
Unnecessary automatic balance deduction

I have just changed my cell phone service from DOCOMO to RELIANCE .But now thinking, why i did that? Reliance prepaid service is deducting money automatically, without informing me, inspite of any application for any Value added services. I have already informed cust. care person not to provide any VAS without my information.
