Didn't get balance

Today (November 24) around 1 PM, I Applied for balance in my reliance smart number (917828398473) through net banking using my union bank account.

But I didn't get ANY balance till now.

Rs 150 were deducted instantly from my union bank account- 616102010004351

Please look into the matter and provide me with the balance.
