Dear Sir,

My Mobile number is 09770831301. My account balance has been regularly deducted by Rs 30 monthly since last 2-3 months or so. it displays a message that i have subscribed to Mi Feeling service and to unsubscribe it i am regularly given a number to send a message writing UNSUB. though i never subscribed such a thing i still sent the unsubscription message. i even called the customer care a number of times without any response from their end. i am fed up with the services of Reliance. i was forced to lodge the complaint here as a last hope to get this thing rectified. Kindly sort this matter out.
